This rapid increase was driven by the growing popularity of fresh oysters among restaurants, hotels, and seafood retailers.<\/p>\n<p>However, the company soon faced a major challenge: <strong>wild oyster supply shortages<\/strong>. The natural oyster population from <strong>Pulau Jemur, Pulau Terkukur, Pulau Besar, and Pulau Angsa<\/strong> was unable to meet the rising demand, as wild harvesting had its limitations due to <strong>seasonal fluctuations, environmental factors, and sustainability concerns<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Strategic Collaboration for Sustainable Supply<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>To address this shortage, Sea Life Aquaculture <strong>formed a strategic partnership with oyster farmers in Setiu, Terengganu<\/strong>. Setiu was known for its well-managed oyster farms, making it an ideal location to source a consistent supply of high-quality oysters.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; The collaboration <strong>ensured a stable and scalable oyster supply<\/strong>, reducing dependency on wild harvesting.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Working with experienced oyster farmers in Setiu allowed for <strong>better quality control<\/strong> and <strong>predictable production cycles<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; This shift also supported <strong>sustainable aquaculture practices<\/strong>, aligning with the company\u2019s long-term
